Six actives,
two gummies a day.
Milk thistle, NAC, alpha-lipoic acid, turmeric, artichoke leaf and dandelion root, at doses printed on the label, in 2 strawberry gummies a day. 0g total sugars, 30 servings a bottle.
Why CJR?
Because liver support shouldn't take five bottles. CJR combines six actives in a two-gummy daily serving: milk thistle (350mg), NAC (300mg), alpha-lipoic acid (120mg), turmeric extract (100mg), artichoke leaf (100mg) and dandelion root (100mg), at doses printed plainly on the label. Two gummies a day, 0g total sugars, and a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order.
Ingredients & Allergies
All six actives are on the supplement facts panel. Nothing proprietary, nothing hidden. The gummies are gelatin-based and sweetened with xylitol, so they are not vegan or vegetarian. CJR is gluten-free and no allergens are declared. If you manage allergies or take medication, read the full label and check with your doctor first: NAC and milk thistle can interact with some medications.
Sugar and sweetener
Per 2-gummy serving: 0g total sugars, 0g added sugars and 3g total carbohydrates. We sweeten with xylitol, a sugar alcohol, instead of the 2-8g of sugar in typical gummies. Sugar alcohols can cause gas, bloating or loose stools in some people, usually at higher intakes than this. One important note: xylitol is toxic to dogs even in small amounts, so keep the bottle out of reach and call a vet immediately if a dog eats any.
Science & manufacturing
CJR is made in a GMP-certified facility. The six actives are ones commonly used in liver and digestive support formulations, and each has a research literature behind it, but that literature is about the ingredients, not about CJR. No clinical trial has been run on CJR itself, so we don't claim it is clinically proven or doctor-recommended. As a dietary supplement it is not FDA-approved; supplements are not approved before they are marketed.
Directions
Chew two gummies thoroughly, once daily, with or without food. Consistency matters more than timing. Do not exceed the suggested dose. Not intended for anyone under 18. If you're pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a medical condition, talk to your healthcare provider before starting. Store cool and dry, out of reach of children and dogs.
What the ingredients are studied for
Milk thistle is the most-studied ingredient in the category, though results are mixed and much of the research involves clinical populations rather than healthy adults. NAC is a precursor in the body's synthesis of glutathione. Alpha-lipoic acid has antioxidant properties. Turmeric is studied for its role in inflammatory pathways. Note that curcumin absorption is generally low without an enhancer such as black pepper extract, which this formula does not include. Artichoke leaf and dandelion root are traditional digestive and bile-related ingredients with limited human evidence. Individual results vary. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
You track the food.
The bloat shows up anyway.
Dinner was normal. Your jeans disagree. By dessert you're reaching for the button and blaming the bread.
Eight hours of sleep, zero hours of fresh. You wake up puffy and heavy before the day even starts.
Puffy face, tight rings, and a camera roll that agrees. The weekend shouldn't follow you into Monday.
You've tried the gut aisle: probiotics, enzymes, cutting the foods you love. Here's what nobody mentions: digestion runs on bile, and bile comes from your liver. When it lags, everything feels heavier.
CJR starts where the gut aisle stops: your liver.

Milk Thistle Extract
A plant extract long used in traditional liver preparations, and the most-studied ingredient in this category.
Research on liver outcomes exists, but results are mixed and much of it involves clinical populations rather than healthy adults.

NAC is a precursor in your body's synthesis of glutathione, an antioxidant. Alpha-lipoic acid has antioxidant properties of its own.
Artichoke leaf and dandelion root are long-standing ingredients in digestive and bile-related preparations. Human evidence for both is limited.

Why we built CJR
CJR started with pill organizers we were embarrassed to own. Milk thistle, NAC, turmeric, dandelion: the research on liver support is real, but living it meant five bottles, twelve capsules a day, and a cabinet that rattled. Most days we skipped half of them.
So this is the formula we actually wanted, in two gummies: six actives at doses printed on the label, 0g total sugars, and a strawberry flavor good enough that you won't need a reminder app. If it isn't for you, your first order comes back within 30 days of delivery for a refund, opened bottle and all. That's the whole pitch.
What customers say.
βReplaced my milk thistle, NAC and turmeric pills with two gummies. My kitchen counter thanks me.β
βTastes like a strawberry candy, not a vitamin. I actually remember to take these.β
βEvery dose is printed right on the label. I compared it against my old capsules line by line before ordering.β
βI keep the bottle next to the coffee maker. Two gummies with the first cup and I'm done thinking about it.β
βMy husband and I split a two bottle order. One on his desk, one in my bag. No more sharing.β
βZero sugar was the selling point for me. Most gummies I looked at read like candy nutrition panels.β
βSkipped a month when I traveled and the email link took one tap. No phone call, no chat bot maze.β
